Encounter the plus sign in the Image attached. If it isn't there your Windows ten might not be updated with the latest feature update.

What is the build number reported in Settings>System>About?

When I click on Settings...  I don't run across a "Systems" option merely I do see "About".  Here is what is shows.

I was talking near the Windows version. Nevermind, It looks like the app and Windows is updated.

What is the blazon of your account- Outlook, Gmail etc or a visitor electronic mail?

I doubtable local provider might not be allowing creating folders. Have yous tried creating a folder within webmail if information technology is possible?

I idea of that too...  and yep, if I use webmail, I can create the folders.  Just don't similar the prepare.
